My clinical work is psychodynamically oriented, client-centered, and culturally aware. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy to inform my work, incorporating psychoeducation, mindfulness, and narrative/storytelling techniques when helpful to my clients. I have trained in community mental health and as a Victim Witness Advocate, and I am currently a postgraduate Fellow at Clinical Alliance Services, LLC. , I offer individual psychotherapy to adults of all ages with a wide range of concerns related to racial identity, anxiety, depression, systemic oppression, trauma, grief, attachment ruptures, and displacement due to war and other atrocities. I particularly enjoy working with adults facing life and/or career changes, as well as with college students. , As a Black woman, third culture individual (TCI/TCK), my work is grounded in the interconnected nature of race, class, gender, and national origin. Guided by a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and liberation health framework, I work alongside and empower my clients. My goal is to hold space for them at the nexus of struggle and growth.
