Sarah has over 20 years experience in the mental health field. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. Sarah also holds licensure as a school adjustment counselor in Massachusetts. , Sarah utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address a multitude of client needs. In addition to individual work, Sarah’s passion is couples counseling.
