About Us

I specialize in the treatments of clients of all ages- ranging from age 5 to adulthood. I’m committed to getting to know my clients in authentic ways, working directly with them to develop the best course of action, strategies, or tools, to utilize in life to feel most successful. I have training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Utilizing my expertise from these backgrounds, I work with the client to meet them where they are at in order to accomplish the joint therapeutic goals. , I work with adults who are loved ones to those who struggle with substance use disorder (SUD), adults struggling with relationship issues, and adults who are facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, and mood related disorders. , I work with children who are struggling with anxiety, OCD,and emotional dysregulation. I have extensive knowledge of the special education process in the public school setting, and home based strategies for parent education. I offer an integrative approach to therapy that is person centered and trauma informed. I have immediate openings available.
