Often times seemingly "small traumas" can have a monumental impact on our life and ability to experience happiness. I have been working with teens and adults for 10 years. I integrate various research- based interventions to tailor treatment based on individual needs. My approach works well with people who embrace change and also with those who may be resistant to it. , My areas of clinical specialties include, but are not limited to, trauma and PTSD, addiction/dual-diagnosis, adjustment difficulties, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.
