Here, you learn ways to quiet the inner dialogue enough so that you can feel free to listen and take action to promote your own well-being. , I currently conduct sessions in person and through video conference. Because every person is unique, I like to draw from a wide set of therapeutic methods to craft an individualized treatment approach.
