I am a LMHC who is providing individual & family counseling both online & in person and treating ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Relationship and Self Esteem difficulties, I am here to Support you!. I gained extensive clinical and teaching experiences while helping multicultural families and international college/grad students in the area. While motivating you to gain new tools and skill-sets you need to thrive, I create a collaborative, compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you are empowered and also challenged to increase your self awareness to create positive changes in your lives. I have 10 years of teaching experience with a diverse array of college students & 8 years of clinical experience with immigrant families. I am here to support you gain control of your lives & feel happy in your journeys. , I am working toward my Doctoral degree and recently certified in Hypnotherapy, who is specialized in IFS and following Holistic and Integrative approaches to foster growth mindset and optimize healthy living & emotional well-being of my clients.
