My focus is primarily on adult populations and I have experience with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD and bipolar as well as stressors such as major life transitions, grief/loss, relationships and family dynamics. My work has included deescalation strategies to help manage anger and emotional control. As an LADC in addition to being an LMHC, Im comfortable working with clients in early recovery and detox to help manage the challenges that come with sobriety. Im prepared to help both those who just need a little guidance and support, and those struggling with much more serious problems.
