Sometimes we\re not our "best selves." We change in ways we\re not happy about, or, don\t change in ways we\d like to. We feel too sad, disoriented, mad, anxious, numb, ashamed; we have one too many, too often. Job performance can suffer, relationships can wobble, getting to sleep (or out of bed) can become a chore. Life can fade in color, or, become too colorful.
