Hello and welcome. For over 24 years I have had the honor of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds on issues that are impacting their lives. I approach treatment through a collaborative framework, recognizing that you are the expert of your life experience, and that my role is to accompany you through insightful exploration to help increase self awareness, reach your goals, and bring about lasting change. While I take my work seriously, I believe that incorporating humor and being authentic is integral to building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. , In addition to psychodynamic training, I utilize IFS, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and CBT strategies. I have had extensive training in the field of trauma and attachment theory and previously was a clinician and clinical supervisor at The Trauma Center (Brookline, MA) in addition to my private practice. , I have extensive international experience and have provided therapy in English and Spanish for o er 25 years. In addition to living in different cultures, I have participated in sports throughout my life so I appreciate the value or working together to achieve goals. Therapy is the same.
