It is within my belief that each of us have the ability to “EMBRACE CHANGE” set new goals and create a life of happiness within. We all have hopes and dreams and with gentle guidance and education we can set small goals and accomplish anything we set our minds too. My focus in working with each Patient is to help manifest positive emotions and to move toward a rich meaningful, successful life style. I have been in practice since 2009 serving adults, children, teens, couples and families. My focus is on enhancing the well being of those in Addiction, disabilities, Anxiety and depression as well as trauma. , My work is based in mindfulness practice, cognitive behavioral therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Emotion Focused therapy and changing the “Self Dialogue”. It is my belief that as a society we need to “EMBRACE CHANGE” instead as running in “FEAR” as fear is FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL. , It is important to smash the STIGMA, and accept one another for who we are what we have been through.
