I offer time limited (10 week) sessions for anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse relapse prevention, and codependency as well as ongoing therapy for resolution of past relationship wounds and supportive care. , I have specialized training in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy(DBT), and motivational interviewing(MI). We develop your goals for therapy together and I follow your lead on what to address. I provide structured feedback that promotes growth in a supportive way.
