Perfection, anxiety, grief/loss, complex trauma, and chronic medical conditions can be draining and leaving you feeling stuck. Stress can show up as sleep disruption, digestive issues, or performance issues (work, sports/athletes, or shows/artists). I also work with caregivers and healthcare providers (doctors, therapists) feeling burnt out. Many come to therapy to deal with unhealthy patterns and leave the session with deepened awareness, clarity, and hopefulness. , My approach is informed by brainspotting, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, parts-work, and reiki/energy work. Brainspotting is a brain-based therapy and a trauma-processing modality that is relational, somatic, and mindfulness-oriented.
