About Us

Taking steps towards seeking support can be overwhelming yet empowering. As your therapist, I provide empathetic listening while using a person-centered, holistic approach to help create a happier life. I work with people from adolescence through adulthood, and my specialties include trauma, relationships, and perinatal health. My goal in working together is to create a space where you can explore and process areas of your life in a safe, non-judgmental way. We will explore a number of evidenced-based techniques to help address problematic thought patterns or behaviors in hopes to achieve a better quality of life! , I have my Maternal Mental Health Certificate and am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. Brainspotting is an intervention that is used to help heal trauma, decrease pain, and promote peak functioning. I also have additional training in Acceptance and Committed Therapy, Attachment, CBT and IFS informed. , I utilize a strength-based perspective, without judgment but rather with empathy and understanding. I seek to make my environment comfortable for you in hopes you feel the ability to unload the stress of your life during our time together. We will build skills you can take with you beyond our time together so you can feel the effect of long-lasting change.
