I work alongside my clients in order to create a treatment plan that is unique to them in order to process their life experiences and help them to move towards healing. Much of my experience as a therapist is with individuals and families who have experienced traumatic events, family conflict, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and attachment challenges. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies based on the needs of my clients.
