About Us

Therapy helps people to overcome challenges in their lives, enabling them to heal from painful pasts and experience themselves in the present as more vital and alive. To facilitate this growth, I offer my patients a place to explore their inner worlds, their challenges, and their relationships to others. Together, we identify the forces, internal and external, that keep them stuck in negative patterns. It is through knowing and addressing these forces that we expand their ability to experience themselves, connect to others, and act to improve their lives and reduce their suffering. , I have experience helping people who are navigating life transitions, living with anxiety and depression, and seeking to change behaviors that no longer serve them. I welcome people who are making sense of intersecting and marginalized identities, and I work to practice in ways that are antiracist, anti-oppressive, and non-pathologizing. , I do not forward normative notions of success and am affirming of diverse sexualities, gender experiences, kink practices, and relationship structures. I write and think using queer and psychoanalytic theories and am currently training to be a psychoanalyst at the William Alanson White Institute.
