Alessandra follows the concept that therapy can heal emotional pain, improve relationships and increase self-understanding. Beginning therapy can often be intimidating, but can make a big difference in your ability to cope with challenges or make sense of what has happened so you can gather the skills to move forward. Alessandra is open to addressing unresolved or present barriers in your life, guide and help you make sense out of your own thoughts ideas and conflicts (situational). Alessandra utilizes a cognitive based reality approach when working with her patients to uncover trauma, change perception & work through managing. , Alessandra specializes working with individuals that have struggled with addiction, mood fluctuations & anxiety.These struggles can sometimes impede or stifle personal growth & relationship satisfaction. , Alessandra offers an approach that is mindful, motivational and moves at a pace that you are comfortable with. Sometimes things hit us without realizing it and we need someone to listen and know they are really listening and what your saying is safe and will not leak out to others.
