About Us

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my primary goal is to foster a safe, focused, and collaborative environment to help my patients understand themselves, their relationships, life/thought patterns and behaviors, in order to find healthy ways to manage and, ultimately, thrive. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to this, and serves as a foundation for developing the insight to grow, as well as the coping strategies needed to tolerate discomfort and build new thought circuitry. I have a multi-theoretical training background, and I use this to tailor treatment to my patients individualized needs. , My treatment focus is on there here-and-now within the context of historical relationships and experiences. I primarily work with adolescents, young adults and older adults, and have developed areas of expertise around mood and anxiety disorders, depression and self-esteem, traumatic experience, loss, identity questions, and parent-child relationships. , Seeking out therapy can feel overwhelming, even intimidating.
