I specialize in working with people in their 20s and 30s who are trying to figure out who they want to be in the world. This time can bring big decisions regarding career, relationship, and family. Often called a quarter-life crisis, it is often hard for us to maintain that strength amid uncertainty, self-doubt, and fear.
