My approach to psychotherapy is integrative. I consciously and flexibly choose the best techniques based on the nature of issues you bring in, your unique personal history and the goals we set together. While my vast experience working with individuals of all ages has developed my ability to treat symptoms of anxiety and depression, I enjoy working with individuals also experiencing trauma, relationship and family challenges, work/achievement stress, and life transitions. For individuals navigating high-pressure work environments, I help transform stress into a catalyst for growth and empowerment. , I believe strong therapeutic relationships are essential for positive change. We have an innate capacity for growth, wisdom and healing, and my role is to remove obstacles preventing that growth. Ive trained in various settings—community mental health clinic, hospital, schools, and private practice—providing therapy and evaluations. As a bilingual psychologist, I work in both English and Korean and have conversational fluency in Japanese. "
