About Us

As a compassionate, thoughtful, experienced and well trained postdoctoral psychologist, I am very interested in getting to know you and your struggles. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups in many life stages, from late adolescence to older adulthood. My work is relational and collaborative, starting with creating a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can feel increasingly comfortable and open to sharing with me your symptoms, experiences, behaviors and relationship patterns. I will help you to understand and negotiate the external and internal obstacles preventing you from achieving contentment in your life. , I work collaboratively to help you deal with symptoms that have become unmanageable (e.g., anxiety, depression, panic, compulsions), work through past traumatic experiences (e.g., violence, sexual, physical, and emotional abuse and neglect), and overcome self-defeating behaviors and relationship patterns (family, parenting, intimate connections, and work). , I am empathic concerning your experience and see my role to be your confidante, someone you trust to provide productive feedback. I invite you to set up a time with me, so we can engage in a healing relationship that is challenging, fulfilling, delightful, moments that may be painful, but incredibly growthful, likely for both of us.
