I view the therapeutic relationship as a shared experience, and my goals are to help you meet your goals. \n\nI’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma and issues related to performance or perfectionism. I graduated from Columbia University, and I am currently serving as a program coordinator at a leading New York City medical center. , I work with people from all racial, ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds and sexual orientations. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. , I am well-published in peer-reviewed academic journals, and this allows me to stay up-to-date on the latest psychotherapy trends.
