I am a licensed clinical social worker in who specializes in treating teenagers and adults who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, uncontrollable worry, phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g. hair pulling or skin picking), emotion dysregulation, and trauma.
