" I work with people who, for a variety of reasons, feel stuck. Stuck in anxiety, stuck in a mood they cannot escape, stuck in a job or relationship they do not find satisfying, stuck remembering an event or experience they cannot forget, or stuck in a sense that their lives lack movement and a sense of meaningful direction. Psychotherapy with me is process of identifying the pattern that has led to ones feelings of immobilization. Through focusing on thoughts, feelings, dreams, and fantasies, that which was once only faintly noticed is given a voice and expression; leading to a sense of purposefulness and direction.
