My ideal client is someone who is motivated. Someone who is willing to take steps to make changes. Whether they are willing to learn some skills to help with their anxiety, depression, stress etc. or whether they are learning to manage difficult situations. I enjoy working with people who are willing to take what we learn in session and apply it to their life. I love working with people of different backgrounds and different needs. , I have lots of experience working with many clients and their needs including; addictions and gambling clients, 2slgbtqia+ individuals, couples, people with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD etc. I use a combination of therapies to help create a treatment plan that works for the individual including CBT, DBT, Person Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. , It can be difficult to reach out and get help.
