About Us

You are recovering from a concussion. The persistent concussion symptoms you\re experiencing are not imaginary. You’re not "faking it"; your struggles are real. You know how frustrating it is to hear, “You should be better by now.” But recovery isn’t a straight line, and the impact of a concussion goes far beyond headaches. Fatigue, brain fog, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, post-traumatic stress, difficulty focusing, sensory overload, role changes, relational issues, difficulty communicating, and much more. You need the right tools and support to heal, rebuild your identity, and reconnect with yourself. , For over 7 years I have specialized in supporting adult clients with persistent concussion symptoms; helping them navigate the frustration of an “invisible” condition. Using EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, self-compassion, planning and pacing, we’ll work together to manage symptoms, reduce overwhelm, and rebuild your sense of self. \n , Living with PCS can be isolating, especially when others don’t understand. Your struggles are real, and you deserve support. If feeling dismissed or misunderstood has been part of your journey, you’re not alone. With the right approach, working with your brain in a sustainable way is possible. I hope to support you in your healing and I already believe you.
