There are so many experiences in life that can cause us to lose touch with ourselves. Being the one everyone leans on with no where to turn for yourself, knowing you should take time for self care but being filled with shame every time you try, recognising that a relationship has become unhealthy but unsure how to set boundaries or just feeling like you don\t even know yourself. Whatever brought you here today therapy can be a place for you to finally let those walls down, let go of the burden to be "the strong one" and reconnect with yourself , My name is Robin and while I work with many concerns my work primarily focuses on helping the helpers. The people who feel like they can’t let go because others rely on them. I like to use a combination of talk therapy, relaxation techniques and parts/internal family systems work because I believe that every part of you deserves to feel at ease. , I want therapy to be accessible for as many people as possible so I offer reduced fees if needed.
