I enjoy working with clients who are seeking to better understand how their thoughts impact their feelings. My area of focus is helping people navigate the unique process of coping with how loss impacts their life. I work well with pre-teens all the way through seniors and am comfortable working with both men and women. Helping people address the pain of loss while building healthy coping skills is my main focus. I have experience in career counseling, domestic violence, and sexual assault, as well as working with children. I look forward to talking to you and beginning the process of helping you achieve your goals! , I specialize in grief and loss with a focus on rebuilding connections and helping people find ways to navigate the grieving process. Grief touches all of our lives, from losing a job, beloved animal companion, or relationship.
